The buyer will develop and execute the strategic agenda around Outer Cartons, Clusters and Giftboxes to support the company’s growth plans. /p h3Key Responsibilities And Activities /h3 ul liDevelop and drive the strategic agenda for the Other Packaging Regional Categories sourcing, supporting the Global Procurement Other Packaging Category Manager in building compelling Category Sourcing Strategies focused on availability, profitability, sustainability and operational excellence. /li liOwn the end‑to‑end Category Sourcing Strategy development and execution at regional level (EMEA), partnering with business functions to define sourcing needs and supplier selection criteria. /li liLead supplier negotiations. /li liTake ownership of the Supplier Relationship Management strategy for the region, including segmentation, qualification, risk management and performance improvement. /li liNurture strong internal and external partnerships to secure category deliveries. /li liPromote supply risk analysis and risk mitigation planning throughout procurement processes. /li liDrive Supplier Lifecycle Management, partnering with other functions to ensure proper qualification, auditing, risk management and performance management. /li liProtect profitability by identifying spend optimization opportunities. /li /ul h3Experience, Education Skills /h3 ul li2‑3 years of proven experience within procurement organizations or departments of multinational companies in the consumer goods industry, focusing on product‑related materials sourcing. /li liExperience in a cross‑cultural environment and across different countries is a plus. /li liMaster’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering. /li liFluency in English is required; knowledge of another language is a plus. /li liStrong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach. /li /ul h3Our commitment to Diversity Inclusion /h3 pAt Campari Group we believe in building more value together, so we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
