* Territory Customer Support Manager
Our department ensures, together with our channel partners, a positive customer experience over the entire product lifetime and supports our ambitions in aftersales growth. Your engagement will help expand our customer base and secure our aftersales business.
Your Responsibilities
* Act with integrity
* Cover a service territory in the southern Italy sales division
* Grow Connectivity & Digital Integration within our dealer channel
* Own the Customer Experience in your Area of Responsibility (AOR)
* Ensure Aftermarket Capacity and Capability in our dealer channel
* Train, coach, and consult dealers on products and key projects for Aftermarket and Service Growth
* Manage relationships with dealer business partners in all Customer Support aspects
