Strategic Planning : Prepare and maintain a comprehensive 3-year IT strategic plan, breaking down priorities into yearly focus topics. Ensure regular review and follow-up on the completion of strategic items. Specialized Focus : Develop targeted strategies for reporting, analytics, and sustainability within the IT organization. Business Partnership : Translate business needs into long-term IT plans in close collaboration with division and corporate lead function heads. Cross-Functional Alignment : Ensure strategic coherence with adjacent areas such as information security, technology, and application management. Continuous Improvement : Monitor and refine IT strategies to stay ahead of evolving business requirements. Strategic Communication and Change Management : Actively communicate and promote the IT strategy across all teams to ensure alignment and engagement. Qualifications: Academic Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. Languages : Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. Strategic Mindset : Strong analytical and planning capabilities to define and adapt strategic goals, offering a good understanding of the business. Business-IT Synergy : Proven experience in integrating IT strategy with corporate vision. Analytical Skills : Ability to document and translate complex business requirements into actionable strategic goals. Collaborative Spirit : Skilled in stakeholder management and coordination with division and corporate lead function heads. Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of information security, technology trends, and application ecosystems.
