Handle returns from customers, partners, and affiliates.
Repair all EMS devices according to internal repair protocols for dental and medical equipment.
Implement actions to meet internal and external customer expectations.
Ensure health and safety compliance at all levels of Support Services.
Occasionally visit customers to provide technical support and repairs.
Support operational and sales staff.
Participate in joint after-sales service activities, especially group meetings.
Participate in continuous training and product development.
Education & Skills
* Good market knowledge of the Medical Equipment industry.
* Sound technical understanding of medical equipment.
* Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively and efficiently.
* Strong customer orientation.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
* Willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
