Revenue Manager – ItalyJoin the team behind iconic brands such as Scottex®, Scottonelle®, Huggies®, Kleenex®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional.
In this role you will lead the local Revenue Growth Management agenda for the Italian market, working closely with the Country Manager, Sales Leader and cross-functional commercial teams to drive profitable growth through pricing, promotion, mix and trade investment optimization.

Key AccountabilitiesLead the local RGM agenda and priorities in collaboration with Country Manager and Sales Leader.
Optimize net revenue and profitability by strategically managing pricing, price-pack architecture, product and customer mix, promotions, and trade terms.
Define and evolve pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, including price-elasticity analyses to identify growth and market-share opportunities.
Support the Sales Leader in maintaining and evolving Commercial Policy and Promotional Guidelines by channel, customer, and product.
Partner with Key Account Managers during national and local annual agreement processes, setting targets by buying group, defining landing scenarios, and tracking performance.
Drive promotional effectiveness by working closely with KAMs and Category Management to evaluate and optimize promo plans by customer, mechanics, products, and timing.
Own quarterly trade spend governance, ensuring effective allocation to support short- and long-term revenue growth and profitability optimization.
Lead customer and product mix analyses, customer annual plans, and quarterly forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities and challenging the sales organization with clear priorities and actions.
Required QualificationsPrevious demonstrated RGM experience and leadership responsibilities, preferably within FMCG industry, with strong commercial acumen in Italian trade landscape and retail channels & customers.
Proven results working with RGM levers, methodologies and analytics, with strong expertise in pricing and trade spend modelling, financial models to build effective business cases and scenarios.
Proven experience with cross-functional commercial projects such as strategic portfolio review, innovation/renovation, consumer price repositioning, trade investments restructuring.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
Structured, results-driven, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, comfortable working with large datasets to provide data-driven recommendations.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style, with the ability to guide, inspire and develop others.
Expert knowledge of Excel, data modelling, Power BI and Nielsen, TPM tools.
Fluent in English and Italian.
