What you will do We are looking for a talented, passionate and self-motivated IT cost controller to join our G&A & IT controlling team in Brugherio. He/she will take the lead of the following macro-activities: - Providing constant support to the function to properly address operative, day-to-day needs from a finance perspective - Reporting and analyzing, on a monthly basis, actual spending details in comparison with Budget and Forecast and managing any accrual / reclass mechanism required at month-end for closing purposes - Dealing with the forecasting process, working together with the CIO executives to catch any risk and opportunity to be reflected - Being a reference people for the Budget process, supporting the function in costs projections and managing the costs recharge mechanisms - Managing Intercompany recharges of IT expenditures at Group level - Delivering ad-hoc analyses and presentations, as required What you need to succeed Must Have - Degree in Economics or Management Engineering; - 2/4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured multinationals; - Accounting knowledge; - Expert in Excel; - Fluent in English; - Self-starting and pro-active approach; - Good organizational, analysis and planning skills Nice to have - Knowledge of SAP Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
