About the Role
We are looking for a motivated student to join our Industrial Controlling team through a curricular internship, contributing to the analysis of plant performance within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The internship will last six months and will be based in our Balvano site, with the opportunity to develop your thesis project.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the analysis of industrial performance, working with key KPIs to understand plant efficiency and cost dynamics and translating operational data into meaningful insights.
* Contribute to planning activities, including budget and forecasting processes, supporting data collection, consolidation, and analysis.
* Be involved in cost estimation activities related to new projects and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
* Support local administrative and reporting tasks to maintain the reliability of financial information and alignment with internal processes.
* Collaborate with different stakeholders across functions, gaining exposure to the industrial environment and its cross‑functional dynamics.
About You
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field and looking for a curricular internship to complement your academic path.
Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity with SAP being a plus.
Analytical skills, effective communication, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented and international environments. Fluent in English.
