Your opportunity
Reporting to the VP Business Control Supply Chain and EPI, you will act as Finance Business Partner to the EVP Supply Chain on the production center activity, providing the right financial in-sights by challenging and building within cross functional teams the relevant action plans to in-crease Sidel performance understanding and profitability.
Your Mission
1. Lead the Finance Supply chain team (factory controllers) in order to drive the industrial performance, from insights to actions, ensure compliance and controls, and manage risks. Control tower of production cost and planning. Business advisor when needed.
2. Product Cost providing and analysis (RCA and action plan consolidation)
3. Factory utilization overview and actions
Inventories measurement and actions
4. CAPEX & OPEX management
5. Non-quality costs (Scrapping, rework, diff. On materials... etc.)
6. Business partnering with Supply chain organization and EVP Supply chain and his team
7. Resource utilization (labor, manufacturing plant, make or buy)
8. Sourcing performance in cooperation with Logistic
9. Translation of S&OP to financial impact
10. Product cost target (defined with Supply chain and EP&I)
11. Strong link with Cost and process team to implement and feedback tools and processes, margin analysis and forecast
12. Drive the supply chain contribution and financial performance.
13. Active participation to the three years Business Plan, annual Budget, quarterly Outlook and quarterly closing.
14. Propose and implement continuous improvements of existing analysis / tools / IS through transversal and multi-sites projects, in cooperation with process team
Your Profile
15. Master degree or equivalent in Finance
16. A Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Industrial Controlling
17. Strong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principles
18. Advanced knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principles
19. Strong experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance / Controlling) in an international and industrial group
20. Advance practice of IS Tools including any other digitalization tools (Qliksense, Power BI...)
21. Strong interpersonal skills, team player
22. Ability to lead in a matrix organization

24. Fluent in English, written and spoken
