Scope and Purpose
The candidate will report directly to the Global Head of Incentive Plan Design and support her in:
1. Designing incentive systems at Group and Company levels
2. Following the related activities with the Compliance / Audit processes
3. Deal with Strategic Planning and Budget&Control to select goal baskets for the annual incentive process
Required experience
Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company

4. Proactive, self-motivated and committed to excellence under any circumstance
5. Solid problem solving and ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
6. Personal standing and solid oral communication skills
Required qualifications, skills and knowledge
7. Fluent in English
8. Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP/ IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
9. Knowledge of short term incentive system
10. Knowledge of long term equity based system
11. Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
12. Performance measurement skills
13. Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
