As our trainee you will collaborate with a talented team to elevate our brand and constantly strive to deliver the best possible outcomes to our customers.Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries ensuring seamless communication assisting with the integration of our Property Management System (PMS) and supporting the acquisition of exclusive travel agency partnerships. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your creativity and passion while contributing to our brand.This onsite internship starts in January 2025 for 3 up to 9 months.RequirementsKEY ACCOUNTABILITY Assist in setting up and optimizing event management tools and PMS. (having experience using the tools is desirable) Support travel agency acquisition and network expansion. Conduct digital marketing research on trends and customer preferences. Curate and manage social media content for brand promotion and increase engagement. Help optimize internal processes for efficiency and customer experience. Contribute to writing blogs and travel articles highlighting Sicily s culture and latest trends. Assist with brand messaging and ensure consistency across platforms.
