We were meant to fly.Reporting to the Rivalta Housing Material Planning Manager, you will manage the material demand planning for the assigned area by ensuring development of a demand forecast to the supplier base on production planning.Job Description Essential ResponsibilitiesManage planning, material processes and systems to secure delivery upon productions needsEnsure operational alignment with production planOptimize MRP parameters to secure correct delivery and monitor impact on InventoryDevelop support metrics, tools and reporting that will enable Manufacturing plants and Procurement teams to achieve these service level and inventory targetsWork closely with Procurement, Quality, and Logistics; to evaluate the demand/production plan against inventory, capacity and external factors and to create mitigation actions if needed thru CI escalation processQualifications/RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degreee in Engineering/Economics fieldHabit of dealing with suppliers or customersKnowledge of inventory management, material managementAviation industry experience preferredGood SAP and Exc knowledgeWork Visa in accordance with local regulation is requiredFluent English and ItalianDesired CharacteristicsPrevious experience in manufacturing engineering, planning or sourcing linked to the shopProblem solver: analytical-minded, critical thinkerFocused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes workLeadership ability: good communicator, decision-maker, collaborativeWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
