The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and longevity of production tooling through preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration activities. /p h3bJob Description /b /h3 pAvenza Aero Alliance Facility Maintenance Specialist, reporting to the Facility and Maintenance Leader, will support within the following Maintenance and Repair activities: /p ul lipPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing fixtures, jigs, templates, and specialized tooling used in turbine, generator, and energy equipment production /p /li lipDiagnose and troubleshoot tooling failures and implement corrective repairs to maintain/improve safety and minimize production downtime /p /li lipSupport shop tool engineers to rebuild, refurbish, and restore worn or damaged fixtures to original specifications /p /li lipSupport in troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair activities on CNC machinery /p /li lipMaintain detailed maintenance records and documentation in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in use E‑maint /p /li lipCoordinate the calibration of measuring instruments according to quality standards /p /li lipConduct regular calibration of precision measuring instruments and gauges per established schedules /p /li lipVerify dimensional accuracy of fixtures and tooling against engineering specifications and tolerances /p /li lipCoordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure tooling meets ISO and industry standards /p /li lipMaintain calibration certificates and traceability documentation /p /li lipTechnical Support /p /li lipCollaborate with manufacturing engineers to identify tooling improvement opportunities /p /li lipSupport new product introductions by preparing and validating fixtures for production readiness /p /li lipProvide technical expertise to production teams on proper fixture usage and handling /p /li lipAssist in root cause analysis investigations related to tooling‑induced quality issues /p /li lipInventory and Organization /p /li lipManage tooling inventory, including storage, organization, and tracking systems /p /li lipIdentify obsolete or redundant tooling and recommend disposition /p /li lipCoordinate with procurement and manufactoring tooling engineers for replacement parts and tooling components /p /li lipMaintain clean and organized maintenance work areas /p /li /ul h3bKey Requirements /b /h3 ul lipBachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in mechanical technology, aerospace, industrial engineering, or related field preferred /p /li lipMinimum 3-5 years of experience in fixture and tooling maintenance in a manufacturing environment /p /li lipStrong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in precision fitting /p /li lipProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and GDT specifications /p /li lipExperience with precision measuring instruments /p /li lipWorking knowledge of CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, etc.) /p /li lipExcellent attention to detail and quality focus /p /li lipAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks /p /li lipAdaptability to changing production needs and schedules /p /li lipIntermediate level knowledge of English – b1 /p /li lipCommitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement /p /li lipEffective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration /p /li lipExcellent interpersonal and relational skills, curiosity and precision complete the profile /p /li /ul h3bPreferred Qualifications /b /h3 ul lipExperience in aeroderivative turbine, power generation, aerospace, or heavy equipment manufacturing /p /li lipFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies /p /li lipKnowledge of welding and fabrication techniques /p /li lipSix Sigma or quality certification /p /li lipStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills /p /li lipKnowledge of E‑maint CMMS and Oracle ERP will be a plus. /p /li /ul h3bAdditional Information /b /h3 pbRelocation Assistance Provided: /b No /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
