In this role, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into solid and production-ready solutions, contributing to innovation and performance.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIESYou will create and maintain 3D models and 2D technical drawings for all helmet components (outer shell, EPS, liner, vent systems, accessories, visors).You will actively participate in the entire product development process: concept, design, prototyping, industrialization providing proper documentation for each phase.You will also propose and design technical solutions (snap-fits, vents, modular parts, integration with interiors).You will ensure compliance with homologation regulations (ECE, DOT, etc.), quality standards, and internal requirements.Will work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with Design, Project Management and Prototyping teams for continuous iteration and alignment.You will ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturing) compliance for new models in development.You will liaise closely and collaborate with external suppliers and toolmakers (mainly in Asia) for design verification and tooling feedback.You will support physical validati
