Together, we can make an impact! /p h3Job Details /h3 ul liJob Title : Services Manager /li liOrganizational Area : Services /li liCountry / State : São Paulo / SP /li liPlace of work : Brazil /li liHome / Office based : Office-based /li liLegal Entity : DiaSorin Brasil Ltda /li liProfessional Family : AMS /li liReporting To : Country Manager /li liKind of contract : /li liFull Time / Part Time : Full time /li liPermanent / Temporary : Permanent /li /ul h3Scope /h3 pYour mission : The Service Manager contributes to the achievement of the Company’s growth and profitability targets by implementing, controlling, monitoring and improving the After Sales Service department; ensuring the complete application of the company strategies, according to the timeframe required; ensuring the full application of the validated procedures, in order to guarantee the compliance to the quality standards, minimizing the risks of customer dissatisfaction. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoach the service people in the field, guaranteeing the correct customer approach both in the technical aspects and soft skills /li liTrain, provide and follow-up the Health and Safety aspects of the Service Activity promoting the safe environment for your employees, implementing new actions if necessary /li liWork closely in the field with the Sales Team to check and guarantee the client experience /li liMaximize customer retention rates by ensuring customer satisfaction proactively /li liFollow the base installation and propose the correct allocation of resources effectively /li liManage and control the quality of Services of the Third Party guaranteeing the correct SLA /li liManage, develop, implement, and follow up the Implementation Projects /li liManage, develop, implement, and follow up the Automation Projects /li liManage the Refurbish Center and follow up all activities related /li liWork with the Distributors providing the training needs, following the quality of Service and controlling the equipment performance /li liEnsure effective cost management of the Service Department (Labor, Spare Parts, Assets, etc) /li liRepresent the needs of the Service Department during meetings with the Management and other departments within the organization /li liCollaborate with Corporate Service to ensure compliance with the corporate policies /li liHandle and maintain the recommended spare parts stock level, according to the corporate policies defined by the Corporate Service /li liImplement the upgrade and retrofit programs, according to what agreed during the International Service Meeting, and defined by the Corporate Service /li liHandle, monitor and improve the effectiveness of the Services Call Center /li liHandle, monitor and improve the effectiveness of the “Technical Support” to the Field Engineers /li liEstablish, track, and communicate departmental KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and recognize success /li liGuarantee the accuracy of all audit processes ensuring the correct procedures and the business alignment /li liManage the stakeholder’s activities, contributing ethically and technically in the presentation of DiaSorin products /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation / Specialization : /b Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Area or Health Fields /li liPost Graduation’s degree in Business is a plus /li libExperience : /b 5+ years of professional experience in the Diagnostic sector in a managerial position in Services /li liPrior experience in service and application support to distributors is a plus /li libTechnical Competencies : /b Knowledge of the laboratories’ process flow, equipment maintenance and refurbishment /li liProject Management – validation and integration /li liFamiliarity with the interface of software applications and instruments platforms /li liSeasoned experience in using Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel /li libSkills : /b Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills /li liProcess and compliance-oriented /li liCustomer-oriented /li liCapability to schedule service activities, maintaining the flexibility needed to satisfy the customer request /li liFlexibility and ability to liaise with different organizational areas and key internal and external referees /li /ul h3Languages /h3 pEnglish, local language /p h3Travel availability /h3 p70% traveling is required within responsible territory /p pRelocation availability : Not Required /p pTraining required : N / A /p pDiasorin is an equal opportunity employer.
