Job Responsibilities Mission & Responsibilities Reporting to the National Account Key Manager, the Junior National Key Account will be responsible for implementing sales strategies in the Italian market, aligned with the company vision to maximize growth and profitability. Main responsibilities include : Managing a portfolio of national and regional retailers to achieve brand sell-in, sell-out, and OP targets Maintaining relationships with key account retailers and area managers across Italy Collaborating with departments such as Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, and Digital to develop Guerlain Italy strategies Managing sell-out reports for sales analysis using PowerBI and Orion Leading product presentations for assigned retailers Profile Experience in Sales or Trade Marketing within the beauty industry is a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Customer-focused and relationship-oriented Analytical skills with a result-driven approach Willing to travel within Italy Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Additional context about Guerlain's history and values was included but has been condensed to focus on the job role.
