Responsibilities Supporting quality and process monitoring activities across production lines Contributing to the optimization of technical processes, focusing on efficiency, safety, and cost of poor quality Assisting in problem-solving initiatives and root cause analysis Participating in planning and management tasks, with an emphasis on process improvement and compliance Collaborating with different departments across the Vestas value chain on ad hoc projects What you will learn Blades manufacturing processes and products ISO 9001 quality management systems Structured problem-solving methodologies Cross-functional collaboration in a global industrial environment Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, or Electronic preferred). A Master’s Degree will also be valued.
