What You’ll Do
Our Technology Advisory Team Provides Independent Expertise That Enables Executives To Drive Value From Technology And Enhance Business Performance. We Deliver Rapid And Sustainable Impact Across a Wide Range Of Transformation Initiatives, With a Strong Focus On Modernization And Strategic Enablement. Key Areas Include
* Technology strategy and roadmap definition aligned with business ambition and value creation goals
* Rapid diagnostic and deep-dive assessments to identify technology performance gaps and root causes
* Platform modernization, including legacy tech-debt assessment, re-platforming strategy, and program rescue
* Business process modernization leveraging innovative technologies (e.g., automation, AI agents) to streamline operations
* Operating model design and transformation to enable scalable, product-oriented delivery
* Technology cost optimization and transparency through benchmarking and spend analysis
* Technology due diligence, carve-out, and post-merger integration planning and execution
* Complex program assurance and turnaround for high-stakes digital transformations

What You’ll Need
* Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
* Holding an MBA is considered a plus
* 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting or IT operations
* Preferably you will have a mix of consulting and industry experience, with an ability to deliver small projects and/or working across multiple workstreams of larger projects
* IT knowledge and practical experience within Digital, Technology or IT of one or more of the following areas: IT software delivery, IT infrastructure and operations, solutions architecture, IT governance (audit, risk, compliance, security) and/or IT project management
* Experience of implementing projects in a variety of environments, using different methodologies and frameworks
* You demonstrate a keen personal interest in Technology and Digital and remain up to date in the latest trends and potential impacts on industry
* You are passionate about driving IT effectiveness and enabling clients to achieve their business objectives
* You are confident when collaborating with clients and stakeholders, with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makers
* Excellent communication and presentation capabilities and ability to communicate effectively at CXO and Senior levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
* Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills along with strong financial literacy
* Knowledge or experience in M&A situations an advantage
* Ability and willingness to travel across EMEA
* Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise
* Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday
