Responsibilities: - Lead factory operations, executing the annual business plan to meet revenue, lead time, and technical compliance KPIs. - Manage production of custom automation solutions with lean methods, modular design, and digital controls. - Ensure end-to-end quality control and EU compliance (CE, Machinery Directive). - Upgrade automated production lines and MES systems; solve technical bottlenecks with R&D. - Build a skilled cross-functional team, provide training, and implement performance incentives. - Control costs through predictive maintenance and a tiered supplier system. - Coordinate R&D, supply chain, and after-sales; ensure safety/environmental compliance. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. - Over 5 years of senior management experience in manufacturing environments, with proven expertise in mechanical equipment production operations and lean manufacturing principles. - Strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective team leadership experience. - Demonstrates honesty, maturity, confidence, and a high sense of professionalism, along with strong teamwork spirit and resilience under pressure. - Fluent in English, Italian, and Chinese.
