To expand our Governance, Risk & Compliance team, we are recruiting a Senior Consultant with experience in the following areas: Design, implementation, and assessment of the adequacy of internal control systems on financial reporting: scoping and risk assessment; preparation of the process documentation (narrative and risk control matrix); planning and execution of design and operating tests; gap analysis, preparation of action plans, and reporting; Design and implementation of compliance programmes (e.g., anti-bribery, Legislative decree no. 231, Antitrust, and Legislative decree no. 262); Integrated compliance and design of digital platforms; Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if : You have a master's degree in business and management, business administration, finance and control, engineering management, or possibly further graduate courses in accounting, auditing, and control; You have at least three years of experience in similar roles with a consulting company / Big Four or in the internal audit departments of industrial companies; You possess a managerial approach and experience in managing large teams; You have excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; You are proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytics software; You have an interest in Consumer & industrial markets companies; Professional certifications such as CIA, CRM, ACFE are preferred.
