We are looking for a candidate to join the marketing team of a multinational client.
The Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for end-to-end communication strategy and execution for the Western European area, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all physical and digital channels.
This role covers 360° communication, including internal and external audiences, digital platforms, events, and media relations.
The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support business objectives and strengthen brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with marketing and business strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
2. Content Development: Create compelling content for digital, print, events, and social media channels.
Manage storytelling initiatives, press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
3. Digital & Social Media: Oversee social media strategy and execution, including organic and paid campaigns.
Optimize website content and SEO performance, usage of CRM tools (e.g. SFDC)
4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, engagement, lead generation) and provide actionable insights.
5. Event & PR Coordination: Organize and manage communication around PR events, webinars, and trade shows.
Build and maintain relationships with media and key stakeholders.
6. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all communications meet regulatory, legal, and brand standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, Marketing) for approvals.
Required Skills & Experience • Strong knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects at scale and speed and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience in agency management and creative asset development.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Eloqua, SFDC, Lightning).
Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with AI tools for marketing communication.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
Education & Background • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in marketing communications or similar roles.
