**Your Mission**:
The Project Layout & Conveying Engineer is responsible for delivering project layouts and conveyor quotations for new equipment projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations across Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to develop efficient, compliant, and competitive technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Project Deliverables (QCD Accountability)
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and company guidelines
- Deliver project outputs within approved cost targets and regional sales strategy
- Complete all activities within agreed project timelines
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements are met Operate in line with company values, governance frameworks, and internal processes
- **Core Activities**
- Understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct site surveys and participate in customer technical meetings
- Collect and consolidate inputs from internal Product Divisions and external suppliers to develop engineering layouts aligned with the company sales strategy
- Perform line dimensioning and accumulation calculations to achieve line efficiency in accordance with internal standards and customer expectations
- Prepare conveyor quotations in line with Project Manager proposal requirements and customer specifications
- Manage conveyor suppliers during the pre-contracting phase
- Integrate all equipment into the overall layout while ensuring compliance with safety, ergonomics, and operational efficiency requirements Ensure accurate data collection for project launch and effective handover to the Design & Execution team

**Level of education and languages**:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Fluent in English; second language is a plus **Required experience and Skills**
2+ years of experience as a layout designer in beverage industry **Knowledge of conveying systems and associated concepts**
Fundamental understanding of mechanical, electrical and assembly drawings Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus
Good communication
Problem solving attitude
Capability to work under pressure to meet customer deadline and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of CAD environment (Autocad) 2D high level mandatory, 3D is a plus
