Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
Log customer interactions and track resolutions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share valuable customer insights.
Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
Foster a positive team culture and contribute to achieving team goals.
Requirements
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong customer service orientation with an ability to empathize with clients.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Team-oriented approach with a positive and proactive mindset.
Excited about the idea of relocating to Greece and immersing in a new culture.
Technical proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
