Experience: 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in a restaurant environment. Essential Functions: Must be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Basic math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities, are essential. Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop staff is critical. Computer literacy is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in any area of the restaurant as needed and operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. The role involves bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. *Training will be provided on roles and responsibilities.
