Mission & Responsibilities
Reporting to the National Account Key Manager, the Junior National Key Account will be responsible for implementing sales strategies in the Italian market, aligned with the company's vision to maximize growth and profitability. Main responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of national and regional retailers to achieve brand sell-in, sell-out, and OP targets.
* Managing relationships with all key account retailers across Italy (area managers).
* Collaborating with other departments (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, Digital) to develop Guerlain Italy's strategy.
* Managing sell-out reports for sales analysis using PowerBI and Orion.
* Leading product presentations for assigned retailers.
Profile
Previous experience in Sales or Trade Marketing within the beauty industry is a plus. The candidate should have excellent communication and relational skills, be customer-focused, analytical, result-driven, and proficient in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Willingness to travel within Italy and fluency in English are required; additional languages are a plus.
