The roleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People teamYou'll work closely with the HR Manager and support both recruiting activities and day-to-day HR operations .
What you'll doTalent AcquisitionSupport the recruitment process end-to-end, especially in the early stagesScreen CVs and manage applications through our ATSCoordinate interviews and scheduling with candidates and hiring managersSupport candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experienceHelp with job postings and employer branding activitiesHR SupportSupport onboarding activities for new hiresHelp manage HR documentation and employee dataSupport internal HR initiatives (surveys, performance reviews, people processes)Be a point of contact for basic HR-related questions from the teamHelp keep HR tools and documents organized and up to date
