Responsibilities
* End-of-month closing: Manage monthly closing and reporting of operational and financial performance in collaboration with the Finance Director and accounting team. Conduct timely analyses to ensure accuracy of results.
* Financial performance analysis: Responsible for data extraction via Smartview and Excel analysis files for monthly reviews. Present monthly performance to Management. Forecast operational and financial performance (Budget, Re-Forecast, Strategic Plan), including data upload into group consolidation system (Hyperion). Handle special projects and ad hoc requests.
* Business Excellence: Contribute to implementing a robust revenue and cost monitoring framework for better management compared to forecasts/budgets. Collaborate closely with Management, Sales, Finance, HR, IT to understand and optimize the business. Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate performance against forecasts/budgets and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
* Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools
* Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management is a plus
* Analytical and communication skills
* High level of commitment and motivation
* Excellent command of English
