This position reports to: Product Line Manager EMF In this role, you will drive the global market for Electromagnetic Flowmeters, focusing on target segments and applications. You will be responsible for sales performance and growth, working closely with local and regional sales teams to meet and exceed volume, mix, and profitability targets. You will develop and execute global sales strategies in collaboration with regional teams, contribute to product line strategy, and translate it into actionable local sales plans with clear KPIs. Your responsibilities include supporting market penetration for key accounts and OEMs, managing discount approvals, contributing to proposals, and owning strategic customer cases. You will also handle annual budget planning and long-term growth initiatives. Work model: Onsite. This role is part of the Measurement and Analytics Division, working with Regional Sales, Segments, Bids & Proposals, and Product Managers. Key Responsibilities Drive global sales performance by implementing sales plans with regional and local teams. Define and execute market strategies with KPIs aligned to product line goals. Provide market insights to improve value positioning and inform product development. Collaborate on offer development to ensure competitive proposals. Manage growth initiatives, discount approvals, and key customer issues, including budget and long-term planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation); MBA or equivalent is a plus. 8–10 years of experience in flow measurement, with 3 years in global product management, market development, or sales enablement. Strong knowledge of electromagnetic flowmeter applications in sectors like chemical, desalination, mining, water, and wastewater. Proven success in sales planning, market segmentation, pricing, and margin improvement, with experience working with OEMs and AVL processes.
