Your opportunity
Under the direction of the Retail Training Manager Europe, the retail trainer will be responsible for the delivery and roll-out of trainings and continuous improvement of training programs; conduct needs assessments, evaluate outcomes and manage training path for Italy retail teams.
How you will contribute
1. Assist in executing competency building and talent development in accordance with the brand strategies and directions
2. Roll-out and facilitate effective implementation of the trainings (Brand Image and Product, Retail Excellence, Business, Client Journey…)
3. Champion training programs to create a positive and performance driven culture
4. Work in close collaboration with training manager along with business managers to analyze competency gaps, identify training needs and adapt training programs and action plans to meet the business needs
5. Manage the delivery and quality of training programs including planning and coordinating training calendar, venues and participants
6. Conduct pre and post training evaluation to ensure effectiveness, applicability and continuous improvement of training programs
7. Collect, monitor and measure training KPIs (knowledge and skills retention, employee engagement and performance, client experience…)
8. Conduct on-site coaching and accompany sales force in implementing their key learnings on-the-sales-floor
Who you are
9. Degree holder in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related discipline
10. Previous hands-on experience in training and development preferably in luxury retail/hospitality industry
11. Strong analysis needs, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills
12. Mature, confident, positive mindset and excellent people skills to work with different cultures and all levels of staff
13. A self starter with solid organization and influencing skills, able to work autonomously
14. Client-centric and strong fashion sensibility
15. Possess a passion in fostering a learning culture and developing talents
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Fluent in English
18. Frequent Travel required in Italy
