JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing and technically coordinating mechanical and electrical systems for complex projects.They coordinate internal resources and actively contribute to defining technical solutions, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met.They act as a key reference point for the project team and Project Manager during both development and technical review phases. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and coordinate the project across all phasesSupervise the discipline team (junior and intermediate engineers)Ensure coordination between systems and other disciplines (architecture, structures, sustainability, etc.)Ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, and deadlinesManage scope of work, budget hours, and internal planningIdentify additional work and support the Project Manager in evaluationWork with suppliers on equipment selection and technical specificationsSupport preparation of technical proposals and presentationsCoordinate external designers and ensure alignment with company standardsSupport the professional growth of junior staff through mentoringStay updated on regulations, technologies, and industry best practices PROJECT PHASE RESPONSIBILITIES1.
