This role ensures that packaging, handling, and transport processes comply with Haier Europe Quality Standards, while continuously improving damage prevention and claim accuracy. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul lipConduct regular Warehouse Quality Audits for both Upstream and Downstream flows verify compliance with LO Quality Handbook during loading, storage, and handling activities. /p /li lipPrepare audit reports, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented on time. /p /li /ul ul lipLead the root cause analysis of recurring packaging and transport damage. /p /li lipCoordinate with Product Line (PL) and Packaging Engineering teams to solve packaging issues. /p /li lipDevelop and implement action plans to address major offenders and reduce damage ratios. /p /li lipManage and track Damage Reduction Projects in collaboration with 3PLs and factory quality teams. /p /li /ul ul lipDrive standardization of quality control points and visual inspection checklists across different warehouses. /p /li lipSupport continuous improvement projects aligned with LO Quality strategic goals. /p /li lipOrganize and deliver Warehouse Trainings (Upstream Downstream) focused on product handling, packaging standards, and claim declaration accuracy. /p /li lipReport progress through KPI dashboards based on audit results. /p /li /ul pbWhat you need to succeed /b /p pbMust have /b /p pbEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Logistics Engineering. /p pbProfessional Experience: /b 2–4 years of experience in logistics, quality control, or warehouse operations. /p pbLanguage: /b Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. /p pbSoft skills: /b /p ul lipAbility to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners /p /li /ul pbTechnical Skills: /b /p ul lipGood understanding of quality tools and methodologies (8D, PDCA, Pareto, RCA) /p /li lipExperienced in Excel, Power BI, and SAP (quality or logistics modules) /p /li lipStrong analytical and reporting skills. /p /li /ul pbOther: /b Open to domestic and international travel /p pb#LI-MV1 /b /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
