We are seeking a professional to join the Underwriter Danni Non Auto e Rischi Speciali team. We look for determined, precise, and competent individuals aligned with the company's ambitions to actively contribute to our growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Assessing, selecting, and assuming insurance risks within their area of expertise following company underwriting guidelines;
Ensuring proper application of policies and guidelines, supporting and coordinating junior colleagues in risk underwriting processes;
Participating in the development of new products, including policy drafting and tariff tools;
Providing ongoing support to the intermediary network during various underwriting phases, offering technical and operational assistance, guidelines, and information;
Supporting the commercial activities of the intermediary network, including cross-selling and up-selling insurance solutions, and managing the portfolio for maintenance and recovery.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Law or Economics/Finance (or specific insurance and risk management master's degrees);
8-10 years of relevant experience in underwriting agencies or insurance companies;
Knowledge of general insurance norms and non-auto risk types;
Relationship-oriented attitude and task-focused mindset;
Good command of the MS Office suite.
