Job Summary

The Manager Program Manager, DA Lifecycle Experience and Solutions (DLXS) is an omni‑purpose role that is cross‑functionally strategic, analytical, and influential. The scope of impact spans globally, managing a team that directly supports an organization of more than 100 team members. This role serves as both tactical and strategic partner to the DLXS team supporting DSP and DA onboarding experience. The PM manages a team and creates policies, programs and mechanisms in a highly complex space while influencing senior leaders through written communication of policy and program changes and delivering multiple projects concurrently.

The scope includes leading a team to innovate, improve DA onboarding and screening policies, and practices within the DA Lifecycle Experience & Services organization. This highly visible role requires collaboration with senior leaders globally to identify efficiency gains, best practices, automate measurement of productivity, and deliver a globally scalable experience. It demands strong analytical skills, business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication. Additional responsibilities encompass the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to change management, UAT coordination, and end‑user training. The Sr Program Manager defines and iterates practices, deploys automated solutions, owns team metrics, and delivers regular reports on progress to leaders. The role delivers high‑impact, ambiguous initiatives, requiring strategic planning, resource trade‑offs, and roadmap decisions.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Manage and oversee cross‑functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.

- Develop and refine program strategies, effectively managing, leading, and motivating teams.

- Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.

- Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem‑solving skills.

- Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.

- Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.

- Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems to prevent common project pitfalls.

- Identify and mitigate risks to prevent escalation into major issues.

- Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.

- Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for multiple program portfolios, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.

- Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.

Basic Qualifications

-

- 5+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.

- 5+ years of team management experience.

- 5+ years of cross‑functional project delivery experience.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience.

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.

- Experience owning program strategy and end‑to‑end delivery.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $114,500 annually (TN, Nashville) and $127,200 annually (WA, Bellevue). The Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
