Ph3Purpose of the job /h3 ul liTo analyse the current and future operational process /li liTo document them /li liTo control that the documented process are well known by each operation member and that the process is correctly applied /li /ul h3Summary of responsibilities: /h3 h3Analysing current business process /h3 ul liTo analyze the current business process and proceed to in depth data analysis /li liTo identify areas for improvements /li liTo documentation these processes with detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), detailed process mapping (Business Data Modelling), Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and workflows diagrams /li liTo use key Lean management tools to proceed for analysis and identification of the obstacles, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement /li liWork with Terminal Operation System (TOS) Super User to identify the gaps between the system and the operational process. /li /ul h3Process optimization /h3 ul liDeveloping and implementing optimised processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction /li liCollaborating with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organisational goals /li liMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement /li liTo identify and support any upcoming new operational opportunity or new regulation impacting the operations and proceed for gap analysing to identify the changes /li liKeep looking for business improvement /li liIdentify and secure several Point of controls in the operational process /li liFocus on data integration, work with different type of Stakeholders in order to support secured digitalization of the process, Ensure that all communication flow is properly documented. /li /ul h3Change management /h3 ul liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations /li liCommunicate with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes. Anticipation is mandatory /li liProvide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices /li liMonitor process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments /li liWork with TOS SU to ensure proper adaptation of the process in the TOS / Dry Run and track all changes management request delivery and status. /li /ul h3Project management /h3 ul liSupport any operational project /li liSupport systems Migration projects /li liSupport other Terminal operational teams if required. Maintain a knowledge sharing network, best practices with HQ and the other terminals of the group /li liBenchmark on industry trends and process improvement /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field /li liexperience in business process analysis and project management /li liWorking knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000:2000. /li /ul h3Technical Skills Knowledge Required /h3 ul liRelevant certification in business process management or a related field /li liWorking knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean / Six Sigma is preferred /li liFamiliarity with process mapping and modelling techniques /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio /li liExperience in project management and change management /li liKnowledge of logistics industry regulations and standards /li liExperience in change management methodologies /li liFamiliarity with data analytics and visualisation tools. /li /ul h3Behavioral Competences Required /h3 ul liAbility to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment /li liStrong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels /li liMust have a “Devil is in the details” mindset /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul liFluent spoken and written English is a must /li /ul pThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer. /p pHHLA-PLT is an equal opportunity employer.
