How will you make a difference? As a Ventures Analyst / Associate, you will source startups aligned with our corporate partners' requirements, supporting executives at some of the world's most significant technological disruptors. Responsibilities include: Sourcing startups by researching markets and industry trends to identify top early-stage companies and founding teams. Reaching out to promising startups within technology verticals and beyond. Assisting senior team members in evaluating startups from various sources. Managing the accelerator deal flow process by identifying startup offerings that meet corporate needs. Supporting accelerator initiatives, including pitch events, deal flow sessions, and meetups. Scheduling and facilitating deal flow meetings between startups and corporate partners. Curating startup lists for corporate partners based on their technological interests. Maintaining relationships with industry partners. Supporting the Accelerator Program involves organizing main events, assisting with program operations, and engaging with external stakeholders such as investors, mentors, industry leaders, media, and vendors to ensure quality content, events, and brand development. The role includes planning outreach campaigns to leverage these stakeholders effectively. Requirements include a Master’s degree (preferably in engineering fields such as electronics, industrial, nanotechnology), previous experience at a high-growth startup, management consulting, or a large corporation, and work or study experience abroad. Skills required are relationship-building, organization, analytical and communication skills, creativity, and a strong interest in technology and startups.
