Qualifications Previous experience in similar roles in sales/ back-office Experience with customer relationship management in different channels (telephone, email, chat) Knowledge or experience in F&B certification sector is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Fluent Italian, good level of English Advanced MS Office skills Power BI knowledge will be an asset University degree Ability to work both independently and in a team Result-driven mindset, strong problem solving skills Willingness to learn and develop
