To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Organizational Development Manager to join the HR Organization Development team. Some of the essentials for you to know are :

Location : Our office in Milan

Department Size : 85 (Approx.)

Reporting into : Global HR Director

Direct reports : 1

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :

* Support the global HR director in the definition of the HR strategic vision as well as our priorities for delivering the long term success- Coordinate the different HR projects to ensure roadmap follow up and progression, drive key HR and cross-functional projects as project lead- Manage key topics and programmes on headcount planning, employment cost (global), organizational development and operational processes and management of programs on strategic initiatives driven by HR- Define and monitor the global yearly HR communication plan as well as directly manage some of the key initiatives- Oversee organizational design and organizational effectiveness (definition of org KPI, analysis of external org benchmarking, lead of organizational effectiveness programs..)- Responsible for HR change management and transformation projects- Synthesize insights and opportunities into clear and compelling presentations and updates to be shared with internal and external audiences (ranging from presentations for the Executive Committee, to presentations for the HR leadership / internal teams to keynotes, etc, for major events)- Evaluate both strategic and operational opportunities; frame them into specific initiatives; and obtain support and input from leadership and cross-functional teams.- Monitor the global HR budget, ensuring optimization and accuracy- Employment cost & HR cost controlling : closure analysis, managing relationship with Management and Finance department and advise related to P / L- Drive and implement continuous improvement mindset within the HR department and more broadly within our organization based on research, benchmark, data analysis, and adapted methodologies.- Collaborate across the organization to mobilize and align teams toward common goals and ensure roadmap rolled out and optimization- Build strong, trust-based relationships internally and externally, at all levels of the organization to influence outcomes

The type of person we are looking for :

1. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, in Consulting, Project Management, ideally in HR, with a special focus on executive-level advisory and cross functional collaboration roles- International environment and matrix organizations experience, with strong visibility and exposure, understanding global strategies rolled out to local needs- Demonstrated strong collaboration, and ability to connect with all levels in the organization- Ability to execute, navigate without the minimum level of supervision- Excel at articulating strategic plans from ideation to completion for successful strategy building- Expert at handling complex and ambiguous matters and situations; excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and other relevant analytical and presentation tools- Result and action-oriented; analytical; problem solver- Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders needs
