The opportunity to follow your own compass. /p h3The Role: Quality Control Specialist, Finished Product /h3 pWe are looking for a senior, technically skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality team at Stone Island HQ in Ravarino (MO). The role acts as a technical reference for garment construction and finishing, performing on-site quality inspections at external manufacturing partners, primarily on outerwear, trousers, sweatshirts and T-shirts. /p pYou will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure finished garments meet Stone Island’s quality standards, supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. /p h3Your Impact /h3 h3The Day-To-Day /h3 ul liPerform on-site technical quality inspections on finished garments, focusing on construction, stitching and finishing; /li liIdentify and analyze defects, collaborating with suppliers to define corrective actions; /li liVerify compliance with technical sheets, fitting requirements and quality standards; /li liAct as a key interface between suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality alignment throughout production. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Key Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in garment quality control or technical roles within apparel manufacturing; /li liStrong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques and finishing standards; /li liAbility to diagnose technical issues and interact confidently with suppliers; /li liGood command of English and willingness to travel weekly to suppliers on the national territory, and availability for international travel. /li /ul h3Our Shared Values /h3 pAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
