The position is responsible for shape and governing competitive and sustainable compensation, benefit, HR budgeting, controlling, reporting and HR tech frameworks, ensuring control and planning of workforce costs, and leading HR transformation initiatives aligned with company’s positioning and business strategy. The role acts as a strategic partner to the Company CEO, CFO and Business Leaders, as well as Group HR teams, translating people-related decisions into measurable impact on performance, productivity and profitability, with particular attention to Retail operations and international markets. It ensures competitive and equitable reward structure, oversees salary reviews, job evaluation, mobility offers, and reporting. The profile will report to the Chief People Officer. /p h3Job responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead Compensation, Benefits Reward Strategy worldwide, and ensure its effective implementation; /li liDefine, implement and govern global compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring alignment with Brand values, performance culture and the Group guidelines; /li liOversee short and long-term incentive schemes for corporate and retail populations, balancing pay-for-performance principles with luxury culture and sustainability Group strategy; /li liLead the job evaluation (job weight) methodology and annual salary review process, ensuring consistency with LVMH policies, internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks across geographies; /li liEnsure internal equity, external competitiveness and regulatory compliance across all geographies – with a strong focus on EU pay transparency directive; /li liOversee key aspects of payroll globally, ensuring accuracy and compliance; /li liLead HR cost control initiatives, analysing expenditures, and identifying areas for efficiency improvements; /li liDrive to the annual HR and payroll budgeting process, providing data-driven insights and forecasting personnel-related costs to support strategic financial planning; /li liMonitor and analyze labor cost evolution, productivity and efficiency indicators across regions and business units, with a key focus on Retail; /li liCollaborate closely with the Retail Excellence dept. to develop and refine workforce planning models and incentives schemes, linked to business drivers (traffic, sales, store formats, productivity targets, etc.); /li liDrive all HR reporting initiatives, including annual report and scorecard, ensuring global data accuracy; /li liDrive HRIS transformation initiatives aimed at increasing effectiveness, transparency and data-driven decision-making; /li liLead the technology evolution in HR processes, tools and governance models in line with Group standards and best practices; /li liGlobally sponsor and coordinate tech AI HR transformation projects impacting organization, roles, performance management and people analytics; /li liAct as key interface with Group stakeholders on reward policies, benchmarking and governance topics; /li liEnsure strong HR governance, and policies worldwide, supporting scalability and consistency. /li /ul h3Profile: /h3 bProfile Experience /b ul liSignificant experience in leading Compensation Benefits, HR Cost Controlling, Workforce Planning within matrixed and international organizations; /li liStrong exposure to Retail and/or consumer-facing businesses; experience in luxury or premium environments is a strong asset; /li liProven track record in leading technologic transformation projects and operating in matrix, international contexts; /li liSolid understanding of financial concepts (PL, cost structures, business cases) applied to people’s decisions; /li liStrong experience in interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders. /li liStrategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen; /li liAbility to connect people, numbers and operations; /li liCredibility and discretion in high-level matrix environments; /li liInfluencing skills and ability to operate without direct authority; /li liInternational mindset and cultural sensitivity. /li /ul bEducation Languages /b ul liMaster’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent; /li liMBA or Executive MBA preferred; /li liFluent English required; Italian highly recommended. /li /ul h3Additional information: /h3 pLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities.
