Investment Banking overview
Nomura’s Investment Banking division offers advisory and capital-raising solutions worldwide, with a focus on M&A, acquisition finance, DCM and risk solutions. Our Technology, Media & Services team works on digital transformation projects across industry verticals.
What's your role?
Investment Banking TMS interns are placed into the Milan office for up to 6 months. The Milan based TMS coverage team provides advisory, financing and risk solutions to private equity firms and corporates, with experience in M&A transactions.

* Support senior colleagues on the preparation of process documentation, valuation analysis and M&A pitches
* Receive first hand exposure to origination and execution projects with a rapidly increasing level of responsibility
* Work on cross-border projects alongside colleagues in London and other Nomura offices worldwide
* Develop strong presentation and analytical skills through daily use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
What are we looking for?
Fluency in Italian and English is essential. We seek graduates and interns with a high level of academic and extra-curricular achievement, who can thrive in a demanding but rewarding environment.
