Driven by technological innovation as “One Company”, our b30,000 people /b from over b130 nationalities /b in more than 50 countries work every day to enable the energy transition toward Net Zero. bAt Saipem, your expertise helps shape the future globally for environmental sustainability. /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support during feasibility and bidding phase / commercial proposal development. /li liProvide technical support during the execution in all phases of the project. /li liPerform technical tasks related to civil structural engineering, including reinforced concrete, structural concrete/steel/pre‑cast buildings and relevant foundations; prepare technical/design specifications; design, verification and checking activities to ensure compliance with project requirements in terms of budget, time schedule and quality standards. /li liMonitor and control man‑hour consumption. /li liManage change orders and variances from the scope of work in a timely manner. /li liWork with 3D model environments. /li liInterface with other discipline specialists to gather information and coordinate activities performed inside or outside the company. /li liGather and provide records of experiences to improve and harmonize work methodologies. /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Structural Engineering or a related field. /li liMinimum 7‑10 years of experience in civil structural design, preferably applied to the oil gas plant sector and/or FPSO within structured engineering companies. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of the main international standards, codes and regulations and ability to analyze project requirements against local regulations. /li liKnowledge of calculation methods for foundations, concrete works, and steel structures. /li liKnowledge of construction materials and tests assessing their characteristics. /li /ul h3IT Skills /h3 ul liOffice suite proficiency. /li liExperience with SAP 2000 / STAAD. /li liExperience with Foundation 3D / Mat Foundation. /li liExperience with Navisworks. /li liExperience with Revit. /li liExperience with DOLMEN IS Fuoco. /li /ul h3Travel Location /h3 pLocation: Milan.
