Your Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat
Resolve product or service issues and guide with empathy and accuracy
Document customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure issue resolution
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, service, and communication
What We are Looking For
Fluency in German (C2)andproficient English (B2)
EU citizenshipor a validBulgarian work permit
High school diploma(minimum required)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work on-site and contribute to a team-focused environment
Salary & Benefits
Monthly gross salary:1,890€ to2,045€ (based on project)
Monthly transport/internet allowance:25€ (net, in addition to base salary)
Relocation Package
10 nights in a hotelin Sofia city center withbreakfast included
Travel reimbursement up to 250 €after completing6 months of employment
