YOUR TASKS
1. You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
2. You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out
3. Besides for our guests, you’re also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians
4. You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities
5. You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering e-mails and online requests, upselling, responding to online reviews and much more
6. You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one
7. You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
8. Last but not least; you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then
YOUR PROFILE
9. You possess initial experience (min. 1 year) as night audit and are passionate about hospitality
10. You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
11. You are a people person, you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
12. You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
13. You have good knowledge of a front office system ( ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
14. You are fluent in English (Min. B2) and Italian
