The role involves close collaboration with management and international teams, within a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelopment of new insurance products in line with current regulations (market benchmarking, new target segments, underwriting criteria, pricing structures and policy wording), with a focus on bProfessional Indemnity, Cyber, Commercial Property and DO /b. /li liParticipation in technical negotiations, in collaboration with international product and underwriting teams as well as other insurance carriers. /li liCollaboration with the Data Science team to develop pricing algorithms and underwriting models based on analytics and data enrichment. /li liDaily management of referrals received from the Sales team and intermediaries. /li liManagement and ongoing update of the product portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with Group guidelines. /li liMonitoring portfolio performance and implementing corrective actions when needed. /li liActive participation in strategic projects at both local and international level. /li liSupport to Marketing and Sales functions across all channels (Direct, Partnerships, Affinity, Intermediaries), including direct interactions with clients and partners. /li liMonitoring of the Italian and European markets to identify emerging trends and development opportunities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Law or Statistics. /li liAt least b3–5 years of experience /b in product development or underwriting roles, gained within MGAs, insurance companies or dynamic and innovative brokers. /li liStrong knowledge of the following lines of business: bLiability, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Commercial Property and DO /b. /li liExcellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /li liStrong analytical and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to effectively manage both daily operational tasks and medium- to long-term development projects. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompensation in line with experience. /li liWork location: Milan, with partial remote working options. /li /ul pIAMA Risorse Umane thanks all applicants in advance.
