The position requires up to 20% travel. /ph3Position Summary /h3pYou will support the Director to translate EMEA strategic priorities into operational routines, governance, and measurable outcomes across multiple Product Groups. You will also lead the development and execution of a multi‑year technology strategy that directly supports business priorities. Provide program management and product governance for strategic initiatives, manage vendor and pilot engagements, and drive cross‑functional stakeholder alignment across EMEA. Measure and report on adoption, ROI and operational impact while ensuring regulatory and data/privacy compliance; present concise strategic updates and recommendations to senior leadership. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the development and execution of technology strategy aligned to business priorities. /liliDrive adoption, tracking and regional/global alignment of the 3‑Year Strategy Plan and linkage to BP 2027. /liliProvide PMO functions for strategic programs/leadership: planning, milestone management, risk/issues tracking, dependency management, status reporting and meeting cadences. /liliInstitutionalize Product Group governance: roadmaps, pipeline management, product boards and KPIs. /liliManage vendor selection, partnerships and pilot programs; negotiate scope and success criteria. /liliDrive stakeholder alignment across business leaders, IT, data science, finance, legal and operations through effective communication and governance. /liliDefine success metrics and track ROI, adoption, and operational impact of deployed solutions. /liliEnsure compliance with regulatory, quality and data/privacy requirements relevant to pharmaceutical environments. /liliPrepare and present concise updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. /liliSteer a two‑way Business Technology EMEA engagement platform to enhance communication in EMEA. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related field.
