- Oversee the full HR function in Italy, including performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and workplace culture building.
- Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws, local regulations and relevant CCNL (Collective Bargaining Agreements), manage labor disputes and union communications properly.
- Align with the group's HR strategy, adapt and implement global HR policies to fit the local market and team needs.
- Design and optimize performance management systems, compensation structures, training programs and talent development channels to enhance team efficiency and employee engagement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, improve employee satisfaction, retention and team cohesion.
- Collaborate with the China headquarters and regional HR teams to support cross-cultural communication and synergy.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-cycle HR management experience in Italy, with solid knowledge of local labor laws, CCNL and HR best practices.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, multinational enterprises or Chinese-funded companies is highly preferred.
- Strong cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, coordination and pressure-resistant abilities; proactive and results-oriented.
- Good understanding of HR strategic planning and organizational development, able to link HR work with business goals.
