As bSustainability Project Leader /b you will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability initiatives forward, focusing on certifications, raw material circularity, selection of eco-friendly materials, and reducing the company's carbon footprint to achieve carbon neutrality. /p pThe role is based in our HQ at Technogym Village (Cesena). /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liSupport the definition and monitoring of the sustainability plan and targets including climate change/environmental strategy (calculation of scope 3 emissions, definition of energy efficiency targets/projects, etc.) /li liSupport the dialogue with the rating agencies indices and fill in ESG questionnaires (CDP, MSCI ESG Research, ISS ESG, EcoVadis, Sustainalytics) /li liLead Group-wide DEI initiatives monitoring and reporting their progress and impacts /li liDesign, implement and manage initiatives aimed at strengthening sustainability performances of the suppliers /li liSupport in the materiality analysis and stakeholder engagement activities /li liDesign and deliver ESG training programs, workshops and educational materials /li liSupport in the sustainability policy development /li liContribute to sustainability-related risk management and compliance activities benchmarking the best practices in sustainability identifying improvement actions and support in actively monitoring sustainability legislation (ex. EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, etc.) /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /p h3What You Should Bring /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field /li li3-5 years of previous experience in environmental engineering, sustainability, or a related field /li liProven track record of managing sustainability initiatives, preferably within a corporate setting /li liStrong understanding of environmental regulations, certifications, and standards /li liEnglish fluency (minimum level B2 CEFR) /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions /li liEffective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment /li /ul h3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3 pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
