Job Description The Cyber Security Engineer, Contract Engineering will manage cybersecurity compliance efforts across LCS to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, such as DwS (Deliver-with-Security), IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and other evolving standards and directives. You will report to the Capabilities & Innovation Contract Engineering Manager and be guided by the Contract Engineering GRC and Security Lead, responsible for implementing and leading the cybersecurity program and ensuring compliance with standards. This position offers a hybrid schedule in Katowice or Gdansk, Poland, or remote in Romania. Responsibilities Drive the rollout, training, and execution of security programs in collaboration with the Contract Engineering GRC and Security Lead and the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS). Develop engineering standards, best practices, and implementation guidance for security requirements. Conduct security vulnerability and risk assessments on business offerings, development, and delivery processes. Respond to and mitigate identified security risks impacting the business. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar. Legal authorization to work in the country of employment. Travel flexibility as required by the business. At least 2 years of experience leading cybersecurity compliance in a global, matrixed environment, balancing standards with business goals. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27000, NIS2, and other security standards. Experience with Rockwell Automation products and systems. Familiarity with RASL processes and DwS program security requirements. Experience with security testing tools and system management. Understanding of industrial control systems and protocols such as Ethernet/IP.
