Short Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified Microsoft Business Central Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing and administering the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize business processes. Additionally, the candidate should possess a medium level of project management skills, being able to interface effectively with both internal clients and external suppliers. The selected individual will help improve and ensure the smooth operation of the ERP solution, supporting various business departments in using Business Central's features.
Main Responsibilities
* Administer and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring the system operates efficiently and securely.
* Configure, customize, and optimize the modules in Business Central based on business needs.
* Provide technical and training support to end-users, resolving issues and responding to requests related to the system.
* Manage the integration between Microsoft Business Central and other company systems.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and propose solutions to improve business processes using the ERP system.
* Monitor and manage system updates, ensuring the platform is always up-to-date and in line with best practices.
* Create customized reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
* Manage user security and permissions, ensuring proper access to information.
* Diagnose and resolve any malfunctions or system inefficiencies.
* Manage projects related to Business Central, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
* Technical Skills
* Microsoft certifications in Business Central or other ERP products is preferred
* Experience with integrating Business Central with other business platforms is preferred
* Knowledge and experience with relational databases and business intelligence concepts
* ITIL fundamentals
* Knowledge of the ISO 9001 / EN 9110 standard represents a preferred requirement.
