Essential Duties and Responsibilities Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets. Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team. Qualifications and Experience Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.G. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders). Closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors, VPs and owners/executives. Highly self‑motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment. Strong fit with the Company’s culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Bachelor or Master’s degree with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and/or MBA. Fluent in English, Italian and other European languages are an asset. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry. This is a B2B job.
