We help customers achieve successful HR Transformation by advising them on their digital HR technology, HR Operating Models, Change Management Cloud Optimization initiatives. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliWork with customers to build their HR transformation strategy and plans /liliAdvise customers on how cloud technology can support their HR Transformation /liliHelp customers optimise their workforce and build its capabilities /liliEngage customers through innovative workshops, events and communications /liliTransform customer business processes /liliAdvise customers on the use of AI, robotic process automation and chatbots /liliBuild customer employee engagement through delivery of effective change management /liliAllow customers to realise the benefits of their HR technology through analytics and reporting insight /liliBuild strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities /liliSupport our sales teams to win new business /liliManage global projects and project teams /liliBecome a thought leader in your field by (for example) publishing blogs and white papers, speaking at industry events /liliWork with customers and colleagues to discover innovative ways to solve customer problems /li /ulpbHow this role fits in the broader organisation /b /ppThe Advisory team is a global team with 100+ professionals and is part of the wider team of Strada digital HR sales and implementation professionals delivering Strada's range of technology and outsourcing solutions. /ppHR Transformation consultants contribute to Strada's success by initiating strong customer relationships based on the foundation of the customer's HR Transformation goals.
